Introducing our Newest Members & Sharing a Bit About them:

  Hi I'm Klair,
I live in Leicestershire, England, in a lovely little village with my
husband Anthony & our 4 cats! I'm expecting our first child in
December so my life is about to get even more awesome :)
I've been cardmaking for a few years now and I absolutely love it!!
I've tried many crafts but paper has remained my obsession! I also
scrapbook. I'm addicted to stamps & papers, and I love to learn new
techniques. I'm thrilled to be part of the design team for love to
create, I'm so glad I plucked up the courage to apply!! I'm really
looking forward to the challenge and seeing some inspiring creations.
 Laine

Hey, I'm Laine!
I have turned into a compulsive card maker over the last year or so.
My children have grown and left the nest which is now littered with a delicious mix of crafting goodies.  I have a very tolerant husband, we have been married for 37 years.
I have always crafted in some form or other, knitting, cross-stitch and now paper crafts.  The more techniques I learn, the more I want to know.
The crafting word is a lovely sharing community and I am honoured to be part of this. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to join the talented Team at Love to Create Challenge
 Mei
Hello! My name is Mei and I started card-making about 2 years ago and let me tell you, I've been hooked ever since! I love trying different techniques, stamping, embossing, die cuts, letterpress...you name it! When it comes to craft supplies, I'm a bit of a hoarder and my boyfriend has since given up his office for me to use as my craft room :) Guilty! I am so happy for the opportunity to be a part of the Love to Create design team and the things I'm going to learn from this experience.  I'm excited to share my work and I can't wait to see everyone's creations!  Sending love from Canada!
 Mian
Hi, my name is Mian and I´m from Sweden. I´ve been crafting for as long as I can remember and I started with scrapbooking 15 years ago, cards was only for family and friends then. Now a days I only do cards, no scrapbooking at all. I started to blog and started to enter my cards into challenges in February this year. I`m so honored to be invited to be a Designer for the Love to Create challenge. This is going to be so much fun! Happy crafting! Hugs Mian
 Ruza
Hi, my name is Ruza Rebel. My loving husband, Nick, and I just celebrated our 28th anniversary and we are the proud parents of two awesome young adults. My son Nick married the love of his life, and now I have another daughter plus four grandkids ~ 1 dog and 3 cats.  I'm sure these two will give us real grandkids one day.  My daughter Katie is our Special Needs adult who challenges us daily.

I’ve been crafting in one form or another since I was a child ... crocheting, needlepoint, knitting, scrapbooking, and in August 2009 I started making cards for family birthdays, anniversaries, etc., as a way to stay busy while my daughter was at school, and never stopped.  My blog “Ruza’s Craft Corner” was created in November 2011 so that I could share my designs.

I have a variety of regular stamps, but really enjoy the versatility of digital stamps.  There are times that I combine the two when they are perfectly matched.  I prefer clean and simple designs, but have been known to go a little crazy a times. Coloring the images with Copic Markers, Color Pencils, Watercolor Pencils, or Distress Inks is very calming and soothing for me.

Hi my name is Sandra and i am married to a very supportive husband with 2 gorgeous sons
i love to create cards and 3d projects and share ideas with people i am also on the dt for digis by Jems Designs and now on the dt for love to create i have great pleasure working with such amazing and talented artists hugs xx
My name is Susan. I live in Glasgow with my husband and two sons.
I love crafting, particularly papercrafting. I don't think the child who likes colouring in books has ever left me! I also scrapbook although scrapbooking has taken a back seat at the moment and I have done cross stitch too (although don't ask me to sew a button on a shirt, I can't sew!).
 Hi There Folks,
My name is Vick and i am so pleased you meet you all. I am 44 and happily married to my best friend, John, between us we have 8 children that are all grown up and left home, so it’s me and John and 2 Bichon Frise dogs, and 4 beautiful cats!  I am disabled and suffer a lot of painful times so i craft to try and ignore the pain, i call it ‘my therapy’.......I am a designer to a few companies and this is my newest venture and i can’t wait to get started with Love To Create, Jackie, Tina and the rest of the girls, so please, join me and let me try and inspire you!
Hugs&Blessings, Vick xxx

Introducing our Newest Members & Sharing a Bit About them:

Hi, My name is Deanne Clarke-Saunders. My hubby and I are currently living in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. We are both originally from Newfoundland and we miss that wonderful island of ours. I'm currently not working but I'm an elementary teacher.
I've always LOVED crafting and creating. Right from childhood, I loved crayons, pencils, paper, scissors, and glue. I always had fun when I played with those materials. So, I decided to continue that fun and scrapbook and make cards! I love being creative and enjoy using my imagination!

Hi, this is Cristina Valenzuela and I am ... wait, do I have to tell my age?
 Well, let's say I was born on May 1st ... I've got a two-year-old girl,
Elena, who likes tearing up papers, the buttons containers ... and Taking
anything she Finds from my scrap room.

I've got a boyfriend, Ernie, who've seen how all scrap papers and stuff have
invaded the house and taken all over the place. If  Neither us change our
minds, we will get married soon ...

Worked for a year I've in a scrap store and Now a days I do workshops, I sell
scrap materials That I create and I also make it to order.
And Seems to be always time to do all Lacking what I have left to do or
unfinished and every thought That comes to my mind, And Also hands ...

Since I think I have not said yet, it is a pleasure for me to greet all of
you and I am very glad to be here and be part of your design team.
My name is Joann Burton aka Sassy Raggedy.  I have been crafting all my
life and now I am retired. I owned my own crafting boutique store called "Ragg-a-Muffins for 14 years and have taught decorative painting at Lee Wards, Hobby Lobby and Michael's. My passion now is card making and Copics.  I am married with 2 lovely sons.

I am Kavitha from India. Like any other child or student, I loved scribbling and coloring at the back of my note book from my young age.:) I  have done some art and craft works during summer holidays, but till my graduation I didn't get a chance to take any formal training. After my college, by accident I joined in an art class, and felt like yes, this is going to be my thing in the future. Then I took it up seriously and have taken training from many teachers and I have also done my diploma course in fine arts. I love anything related to arts, be it painting, murals, sculpture or crafts, I love exploring different styles and techniques. Paper crafts is my latest addiction! I found it after I started blogging through various challenge blogs and I love to make cards, scrapbooks and 3d projects. I would like to thanks Tina & Jackie for giving me this opportunity to design for their awesome challenge blog:).

Hi, my name is Krista Huysman and I'm 28 years old. I'm married with Arnoud
and we live in The Netherlands. We don't have any kids. But our pets (4 male cats & 4 lady rats) are our
babies.
About 3 years ago I started to make cards. And I just love it. My motto is  'A day no crafting is a day not lived!' I love to work with digital stamps and I'm crazy about sentiments!!!

My name is Nancy Dawes and I am very happy to be part of the Love to Create team.  My crafting journey started when I was very young learning how to knit with my grandmother.  Along the way, I sewed, made cloth dolls, cross-stitched, made quilts, knitted and crocheted up a storm.  Now I mostly knit and make cards.
My husband of 35 years and I have raised four wonderful children and we now have six grandchildren.
I found Split Coast Stampers about 1 1/2 years ago and started entering challenges.  Then I discovered the world of blogging and decided I needed to join this special group of crafters.  The whole process has improved my card making ability and transformed me from a CASE artist to a designer with lots more to learn.

My name is Laura and I come from Lancashire, North West England, UK.
Crafting is one of my big loves along with singing and musical theatre. If
I am not crafting, I can usually be found singing or rehearsing for a local
musical. When I am at home, I love sitting in my craft room and being
creative. I am so happy that I am able to share my hobby with other
likeminded people and starting my blog in January was the best thing ever!
It has opened up a whole new world of crafting for me!
*I am so excited to be joining you at Love to Create! *

I live in Spain near Alicante.  I am nearly 54 and was lucky enough to retire here with my partner in 2010. Crafting is a major part of my life and I make something nearly every day.  I give most of my cards to Charities here and I always take some back to UK when I visit to give to my friend  to raise money for a Cancer charity. I have always crafted, starting with knitting (taught by Mum) when I was little.  Then progressed to dress making in my teenage years and then I taught myself to crochet.  I got into card making when a work mate brought some in to sell, I thought that I could do that so I bought a card making pack and that was that.  I love decoupage and colouring (I use Promarkers).  I sit with a tray on my knee at night while watching TV, either cutting out, colouring in or making flowers.  Then the following day I will use what I have made on my cards. Now I have got into my blog, I love hopping around to visit others and entering challenges too.

A bit about me!! I am an addict!! Yes I admit I have a serious addiction! My addiction ranges from pretty design papers to beautiful ribbon, fun and exciting tools, to my beloved Copic –  not sure I have found something I don’t like J  (well okay me and a hot glue gun just don’t get along). I tell you it’s a passion and obsession! That I {heart}!  I am married to a wonderful man who puts up with my addiction (not that he has a choice) and we are blessed to be raising one of our grandchildren Hunter who is 12 years old and definitely keeps us young and active. We have 4 full grown children (Nicole, Jenn, Josh and Amanda) and 8 beautiful grandchildren – being blessed with our first 2 little girls just recently and I might add enjoying every minute of buying the frilliest and sweetest cute girl clothes!

A Little About Me: I'm an energetic SAHM of two active Kiddos. My daughter Lizzy  is four and my son, Jimmy is three. I've been married to my Disabled Veteran Hubby for five and half years and we bought a new home in Marlboro Township, Ohio last Winter. I originally started scrapbooking 8 years ago when my hubby and I were just engaged and he was in Iraq. It's something I did with the other moms, wives & Girlfriends to pass the time while the guys were deployed.  Once I got married & Pregnant, I stopped crafting since I was so busy. I Just started crafting in June again and that's when I started my blog.I have now fallen in love with Stamping, card making and of course my new found obsession with Copic Markers. When I started back to crafting in June, I started with just Cricut Crafting, but found that I love coloring stamps & digi stamps. Everyday I'm learning! I just love seeing what others make and taking an idea & tweeking it to be my own! I do have a busy life outside of the Crafting world as well. I Organize a Large Mom's Group, I'm involved in a Book Study and also co-chair a Music Ministry. (My other passion besides crafting is SINGING!! Thanks again for joining us! I can't wait to craft with you all!!

Hello everyone. I am so happy to be a part of this wonderful design team! My name is Susan Bermudez and I have been papercrafting for almost 4 years now. I started with rubber stamping for cards and then became a scrapbooker. Although new to papercrafting, I have been crafting since a very young age. I started sewing little felt frogs and then progressed to various types of needlework, then knitting, crocheting and quilting. Digital scrapbooking and Digital stamping have joined the ranks now.  I am the wife to my wonderful husband, Alex, who wholeheartedly supports all my creative endeavors. I am also mom to my 3 amazing two legged children (Melissa, Alex Jr and David) and our four legged one (Tina). I am also a grandma to Elijah who is 3. My family gives me the best scrapbooking material and I could not do it without their love and support. I hope you will come by my blog (Susana's Scrappin' Corner) and see what I have made recently. Until next time, I wish you a scrappingly good day :)

Hi!  My name is Ashley and I live in Delaware.  I'm happily engaged to my best friend and we've been together for 10 years.  I've been crafting my entire life in some way shape or form.  My most recent focus has been on papercrafting.  I like to color with my copics, make cards and alter things.  My fiance bought me a Cricut in June of 2010 and I use it every chance I get.  When I'm not creating, I enjoy reading, dancing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Jo and I'm 31 years old from South Wales UK, I have facial/shoulder dystonia a movement disorder but learning to live with it as everyday is different! I'm crazy about crafting a real passion of mine that keeps me occupied on a good day and I dream of on a bad day....  Been crafting as far back as I can remember, from knitting, crochet, tatting  to glass painting, rug work, cross stitch, decoupage & card making!

My name is Melissa Craig and I was born in Denver, CO but I live in Sanford, FL.  I am a single mother of 3 amazing children.  I have two boys and one girl and they keep me busy but they're a lot of fun.  I have been in the papercrafting world for nearly 17 years having first been introduced to scrapbooking when my oldest son was a month old.  A few years later when I was expecting my daughter I put a stamp in my hand for the first time and it exploded from there.  I don't really have a particular style that I favor, I love trying new things which is why being on a design team for a challenge blog and owning my challenge blog is perfect for me.  I look forward to this new journey with Love to Create.

I'm Aj, I live with my husband and our two youngest girls on the UK's most remote inhabited island, Fair Isle up in the Shetland Islands where I work from my own studio as a full time crafter & tutor.  I'm addicted to all things paper & ink & seem to spend my days with a bunch of copics in one hand and a bunch of pencils in the other.
Hi my name is Zenita Smith but I'm known around the scrapping world as ScrappinwithZ. I'm a substitute teacher which works great because I have time to do what I love which is Scrapbooking and playing with paper. I started collecting scrapbook products over 10 years ago and then 8 years ago when we received two little boys that we wanted to adopt I started to actually use the products that I had been collecting. Today my 2 older boys plus their wives along with the two boys that we adopted give me plenty of photos to play with. In May we will be getting our first grandchild and I'm sure I will have even more fun there. I'm Copic certified and have fell in love playing with Copic markers and stamps (digital or rubber.)

Hello! My name is Chris & I was thrilled to be asked to be on the Love to Create Design Team!! What fun it will be starting a new challenge blog!!!!  I have been scrapbooking for about 12 years, stamping for about 5 years, and started blogging over  2 years ago.  You can find my blog at   http://cattsscratchingpost.blogspot.com/   I hope you’ll stop by and visit some time!!    I have met so many incredible people through the blogging & stamping world, and from all over the world (even places I didn’t know existed!!)  I am having the time of my life!!! I am a Catholic school teacher in Canada, and spend my spare time in my craft room, camping, or with my little family.  My DH (Tim) and I don’t have any human children but we do have furry 4-legged ones that keep us as busy as if they had only 2 legs!  All of our animals are rescues so they each come with their own issues:  Brick, is our neurotic 70 lb. lap dog; Minty, our newest addition, is a wild and crazy puppy; Tux, our 14 year old diabetic cat, and our 3 leopard geckos.  I am so excited to share my love of stamping and digis with you!!!

Hi! My name is Tamara and I am from Minnesota. I am a former police officer and am now a stay at home mom to two beautiful girls, Kaylynn (3) and Kyra (2). I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for almost 8 years. I have been crafting as long as I can remember...it all started with my mom teaching me how to cross stitch! I love to sew, quilt, crochet, scrapbook, make cards and mostly recently, I love to color with my Prismacolor colored pencils and Promarkers. I also love to use my Cricut Expression and Cricut Imagine to enhance my cards and scrapbook layouts.

I am Amanda Phillips  currently living right outside of  Charleston , South Carolina with my wonderful husband Rod.  We have dedicated our home to nothing but our hobbies . My Blog is named after this coming of age because the children no longer require our financial assistance so therefor we are old enough to play like children and  I love every creative possibility out there.  That being said, I am excited to have been chosen to be part of the Love to Create Challenge Team and can't wait to see what we all get to share. Happy crafting everyone and live a life of color.

Hi! I'm Eve! I'm 30 years old and married to the love  of my life for 2 years now. I am a kindergarten teacher and I just LOVE incorporating my love of crafts into my classroom with the little kiddos ;). I have been creating for close to ten years now! I am absolutely without a doubt completely and utterly addicted to paper crafting! I have had the opportunity to be on a few design teams in the past which have enabled me to take my skill level to a whole new level. I love participating in challenges as this also helps me get my creative "juices" flowing. I recently just started a monthly card making kit club at home and it's been a great success, I also plan on hosting art classes for kids once a week - cannot wait for that!. Lastly, I have had a great number of people ask me to create favours and invites for their events which led to the "birth" of my own little "company" called Give A Hoot Designs! It's been such a blessing to be able to design for my little client base and I hope that I can continue to grow in this!

My name is Kelli Jo and I'm a 43 year old mother of 2, ages 20 & 16.  I'm a Correctional Officer by night and a mad stamper by day.  I started stamping back in 1992 when I saw gold embossing powder melt for the first time, Yep, hook line and sinker since then!  I still feel like a beginner everyday I stamp but that presents a challenge that I welcome!  I think this new challenge blog will help me continue to grow!    I am thrilled with the opportunity to work with these other fantastic stampers on the team and of course all of you that will be playing with us!

Thank you for joining us! Don't forget to come to our Grand Opening Challenge on February 6th!!
