Hi, my name is Annie and for as long as I can remember, I have always had my hands into some form of craft. Doodling always helped pass the time for me when I was younger and it's something that has carried over as I got older. Just about everything inspires me and influences my style or art. I enjoy drawing and creating for younger children and those entering their teen years. My style is very chibi (mini/child like in anime) oriented, and my characters are always whimsy and fun. I began Stamp Annie*Thing after numerous requests from customers that purchased my clip-art to make them into rubber stamps. Although we are fairly new to Clear Photopolymer Stamp world (producing), we have been in the crafting community online for over a decade. I hope that my drawings and stamps put a smile on your face and that you will be inspired to create with them!

I started my adventure with card-making in late 2011, when I was looking for some inspiration for a wedding card for a good friend. I went onto YouTube, browsed through a few videos and… fell in love with heat and dry embossing, die-cutting, paper piecing, stamping, colouring… you name it! I decided to buy a few supplies to give it a go and…truth be told, never stopped buying them! We all know that feeling, don’t we? ;-)

I am still learning and developing my style. Sometimes I am all for CAS (Clean And Simple) cards, on other occasions I load my cards with embellishments and glitter. I love all things cute and girly, and am absolutely addicted to butterflies. Every now and then I like trying out shaped cards – they’re a lot of fun! My Achilles’ heel is making male cards – I am still hopeful that someday I will improve in that area! **
