Hi, I’m Alison, and I live in France.  My first memories of crafting are from my Primary school days, when we made felt animals, did some basket weaving and painted on glass. I have always enjoyed sewing and knitting, and when my children were small I made clothes for them and for my daughter’s dolls, although Action Man got a few jumpers as well. After I retired from teaching I started making cards for family and friends, but it was when my son helped me set up my blog, last July, that I became addicted to card making. I now spend a great deal of time in my craft room – it’s my own little haven.

I’m so pleased to have the chance to be a Guest Designer with Love to Create this week, when they celebrate their 2nd Birthday Anniversary.

Hi everyone! My name is Sujin and I am so honored and grateful to be a guest designer at Love to Create Challenge (thank you for offering me the opportunity!). When entering challenges I use my nickname Bastelarena which means crafting arena in English. I live in Germany and have been card making for about three years. But I loved to craft since I was a child (drawing, cross stitching, modelling little figures using polymer clay…). I have been card-making for about 4 years, My daughter got me started. I never thought I would have that much craft stuff that my husband would have to convert the spare bedroom into a craft-room. I also have craft items in my husbands fitted wardrobes, the cupboard at the top of the stairs, a built in cupboard in my bedroom & in the loft .... I suppose that makes me a typical crafter .... a girl can never have to much craft stuff.

I am the artist and owner of Artbymiran, I was born in Seoul, South Korea. I grew up with Korean and Japanese Manga. In my childhood, I loved drawing and making my own little stories.

I moved to Canada in my late 20s, where I reside with my husband.

I have worked on a variety of publications, ranging from children's to contemporary adult genres. I have contributed as an artist and colorist. I also worked as a graphic artist and layout designer for non-comic publications. For several years I was able to share my passion through teaching art to elementary school aged children. These experiences have influenced my recent artwork.

I am excited to share my art with this wonderful community of digi stampers and crafters.
